FALLBROOK — Nearly 80 independent films from all over the globe will be screened at the Fallbrook Film Festival April 25-27.

The inaugural festival, which will also feature workshops, student productions and special recognition of those who work behind the scenes to make and distribute films, is sponsored by the Fallbrook Film Factory. It reflects Fallbrook’s rich filmmaking traditions going back to the days when famed director Frank Capra and his family lived in the community.
