Free workshop for homeowners

Gov. Schwarzenegger has proclaimed a statewide drought and water districts have declared water alerts. As many communities prepare for mandated water conservation in 2009, residents can learn how to deal with involuntary conservation at a free workshop on Saturday, December 13, from 9 a.m. to noon.
