Quilt Guild to host show and auction Nov. 4

FALLBROOK – For the enjoyment of the community, the Fallbrook Quilt Guild is holding a Quilt Show and Auction Thursday, Nov. 4 from 1–4 p.m. at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane. This event is free of charge to the public.

The talented women of the guild will be displaying approximately 50 of their most favorite and beautiful quilts. An exciting part of the afternoon will be the auctioning of another six quilts. The guild will accept checks and cash only, and sales tax will be added to the final bid.

In addition to this smaller event, the guild expects to hold its large biennial Quilt Show and Auction in November 2022, where many quilt notions and fabric will also be sold at great prices. Visit fallbrookquiltguild.com for updates on its activities, one of which is a fabric holiday wreath collage workshop on Saturday, Nov. 6, taught by Karen Johnston, whose works of art are making waves in the collage community.
