FALLBROOK — Andrew Arnold, a freshman at Fallbrook High School and Boy Scout from Troop #725, completed his Eagle Project on October 4 at the new Fallbrook Community Garden. Arnold built five raised garden beds out of cinder blocks, rebar and cement. He recruited the help of 34 fellow scouts, leaders and family members. A 76-year-old Fallbrook woman was charged with a misdemeanor on August 28 after illegally selling unpasteurized dairy products she made from the milk produced by her pet goat.
