Harley, an American bulldog/pit bull, is now up for adoption. He was found a couple of months ago in the De Luz area, skin over bones and no able to stand up. He had to be hospitalized for awhile before he could be transferred to the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary. It looked like he had been used as a bait dog for dog fights, as his teeth had been filed down.
