Rick Wiland Memorial Golf Tournament

BONSALL — On June 14, the Eighth Annual Rick Wiland Memorial Golf Tournament was held at San Luis Rey Downs Golf Course. All proceeds from the event will go toward the Rick Wiland Memorial Scholarship at Fallbrook High School. Rick Wiland passed away in an auto accident in 1987. At Fallbrook High he was named Defensive Football Player of the Year, was a top wrestler (seventh in the state) and received eight varsity letters.
