Joe's Car Studio, Reasonable Rental relocate

Fallbrook, CA. –Murphy & Murphy of Prudential California Realty recently assisted David and Margaret Bergeson of Joe’s Car Studio with an upgrade to a new property in the heart of downtown Fallbrook.

According to David, “The Murphys were great in helping us move from our 1381 South Mission Road location to our new building that is across from Joe’s Hardware. As we continue to get more involved with community organizations it is great to be right in the heart of downtown.

“This move enables us to continue full diagnostic and repair services for cars and trucks in addition to tires, batteries and electrical services. We still have seven lifts and the same equipment offering service with a smile.”

David and Margaret also took the real estate change opportunity to change Joe’s Car Studio name to Joe’s Car Repairs.

The new home for both businesses, Joe’s Car Repair and Reasonable Rental, is the new 615 South Main address. Reasonable Rental operates the car rental agency called Rent-A-Wreck and is an agent for both Penszke Truck Rentals and Cruise America Recreation Vehicle rentals.

David expects that this new location will better serve his customers as well as his ability to continue serving the community. He serves on the board of directors for the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, the Fallbrook Village Rotary, the North County Networking Group and the Fallbrook Vintage Car Club.

Coincidently, the new and improved location is home to the old mural painted by artist Jim Fahnestock, commissioned by the Vintage Car Club. Although the Bergesons would love to restore this original painting, Jim stated that there is a problem with the wall and the mural will not be able to be repaired.

The Bergesons moved their hometown businesses to the South Main Avenue location on the day the October wildfires started. Although they are still getting settled in, they are open for business as usual.

David welcomes customers to stop in for their auto and truck servicing or to rent a car, truck or recreational vehicle. He also looks forward to installing an old-fashioned air pressure bell line running across the drive and encourages people to come and ring the bell!
