Fresno musicians join holiday celebrations

“Emmanuel, God with Us,” a contemporary Christmas cantata, will be performed by the Fallbrook United Methodist Church Adult Choir on Sunday, December 23, at 10 a.m.

The choir will be accompanied by a professional 15-piece orchestra. Joining the orchestra for the worship service will be violinist Susan Doering Wulfhorst and cellist Dieter Wulfhorst, both of the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra and Emerald Duo.

The Wulfhorsts will also join the choir on Monday evening, December 24, for Christmas Eve service beginning at 7 p.m. A small chamber ensemble including Fallbrook harpist Cathy Litaker will present special music.
