"Make a Splash - Read" at your library

FALLBROOK – Water is the theme this summer at the Fallbrook Branch Library. All ages are invited to read, win prizes and enjoy free fun at the library. Participants can register online at http://www.sdcl.org. The Summer Reading Program runs from June 14 to August 8.

Following is the event schedule for June, July and August at the Fallbrook Branch Library:

All are invited to the Summer Reading Kick-off Party on Saturday, June 26 at 2 p.m. There will be airbrush face painting, water games and prizes. Birch Aquarium will have a traveling exhibit there from 2 to 3 p.m.

Children’s Programs

Preschool Storytime – Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. in June and August. No storytime in July. Snow White (Fallbrook Teen First Princess Emaleigh Sinclair) will visit the library on June 16 and a fireman will be at the library on June 23.

Pajama Storytime – Kids can wear their pajamas and bring a blanket or stuffed animal on the second and fourth Thursdays at 7 p.m. in June and August. No storytime in July.

Summer Crafts will be demonstrated on Thursdays, 4 to 5:30 p.m., from June 24 to August 5. Also available as a make & take throughout the week.
