Zoning Administrator allows replacement of T-Mobile antennas

The County’s Zoning Administrator approved the modification of a Minor Use Permit to allow for the replacement of six wireless communication facility panel antennas.

The August 24 approval of Zoning Administrator Joe Farace allows for the replacement of the antennas on a building owned by Pacific Bell, which leased the space to T-Mobile. The property is in the 700 block of South Stage Coach Lane.

Six existing panel antennas will be removed and will be replaced with new antennas. In November 1996 the Zoning Administrator granted a Minor Use Permit to install and operate a telecommunications site consisting of six panel antennas mounted on pipes and extending nine feet above the roof of the Pacific Bell building along with one base transceiver station unit mounted on the ground on the north side of the building.
