14th annual Divine Mercy Conference coming to Pala

PALA – The Mission San Antonio de Pala will host the 14th annual Divine Mercy Conference on Feb. 10 and 11. The mission of the conference is to “remind people that God is merciful and forgiving, and that individuals must show mercy and forgiveness.” In addition, it is emphasized that “God’s love is unlimited and available to everyone – especially the greatest sinners.”

Opening Mass will be held Friday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. The celebrant will be Abbot Charles Wright, OSB. A powerful and moving presentation on The Passion & Divine Mercy will be presented by Estrelle and Angel Mijares.

Registration opens Sat., Feb. 11 at 8:40 a.m. and the conference begins at 9. Closing Mass will be at 6 p.m.

Special speakers and singers at the conference will include Father Michael Gaitley, MIC; Father Jack Mazur; Marie F. Ramagnano, RN; Dr. Ronald Sobecks, MD; Fr. Richard Huston, and Donna Lee.
