Underclassmen visit Cal State San Marcos

FALLBROOK – A group of 62 freshmen and sophomores attended a campus visitation to Cal State University at San Marcos (CSUSM) on Nov. 30. All of the students who attended the field trip completed a CSUSM 4 U interest form expressing interest in being part of the partnership between CSUSM and the Fallbrook Union High School Memorandum of Understand (MOU).

The MOU is for guaranteed admission for Fallbrook graduates to qualify for admission into CSUSM. The agreement will serve students beginning with the FUHSD graduating class of 2015 and students will also receive a yearly scholarship from FUHS. The counselors delivered classroom presentations to all health, computer and world history classes to explain the eligibility and admission requirements of the CSUSM MOU.
