VISTA – Vista Community Clinic (VCC) announces its remarkable achievements in healthcare quality recognition, receiving a plethora of accolades that highlight the clinic's unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier healthcare services.

VCC's dedication to excellence has earned the organization the prestigious Gold Health Center Quality Leader badge from the Health Resources and Services Administration and six Blue Shield Promise Leading the Way Awards for Quality Health Care.

The HRSA Community Health Quality Recognition Badge program recognizes health centers for their exceptional contributions to improving healthcare access, quality, health equity, health information technology, and COVID-19 public health emergency response.

The Gold Health Center Quality Leader badge is a distinction that places the clinic in the top 10% of health centers nationwide for their achievements in enhancing health outcomes and providing high-quality care, particularly for underserved communities. Remarkably, VCC is the sole clinic in San Diego to receive this prestigious award.

VCC's dedication to excellence does not stop there. The clinic is also set to receive six Blue Shield Promise Leading the Way Awards for Quality Health Care, recognizing their exceptional performance in the following areas: cervical cancer screening, well-child visits, adolescent immunizations, controlling high blood pressure, postpartum care, and overall care.
