    Legacy Endowment… The Community Foundation recently received a donation for fire victims from a high school student in Ohio. Hilary Carr, a sophomore at Mineral Ridge High School, raised $110 by asking people at her school for donations and giving out popsicle-stick houses with the word “rebuild” on them.     Fallbrook resident David Greene and his 2-year-old Belgian Malinois, Luigi, placed in the top ten and earned a Schutzhund III Title at the Southwest Regional Championships.     Fallbrook High School seniors Devon Holman and Kathleen Mellano earned all-CIF recognition for the 2007 field hockey season. Holman was on both the all-section first team and the Division I first team Mellano earned second-team all-section honors and first-team Division I honors.
