    SAN DIEGO - Helicopter crews from a San Diego-based ship and Marines from Camp Pendleton today joined a flood relief effort in monsoon- struck Pakistan. Nineteen cargo-carrying helicopters are aboard the amphibious assault ship Peleliu and other ships in a strike group in international waters off Pakistan, according to the Pentagon.     SAN DIEGO - The Pentagon released the name today of a 30-year-old Camp Pendleton-based Marine killed in combat this week in Afghanistan. Sgt. Jose L. Saenz III of Pleasanton, Texas, died in Helmand Province on Monday, according to the Department of Defense.
