Fallbrook Rugby holding registration

FALLBROOK — All junior high school and Fallbrook High School boys and girls are invited to be a part of Fallbrook Rugby’s winning tradition.

Players are required to register for rugby on November 15 at 1 p.m. at Fallbrook High School. They will have both boys’ and girls’ U19, U16 and U14 teams.

There is now an official boys’ high school varsity season beginning the first weekend of December. All high school boys are invited to try out for and practice with this team. The regional finals will not conflict with the age grade club teams that start in February.

In order to practice, all players will have to be registered and CIPP’d (signed up for Club and Individual Participation Program).

Registration is early this year and a camp will be held sometime in January to accommodate the teams’ schedules.

All club camp registration is $150 plus $20 CIPP ($10 CIPP for U14). Proof of medical insurance, age and one parent or legal guardian present are mandatory. Bring copies of medical insurance, birth certificate and photo ID.

Multi-child discounts are offered.

Tentative opening weekend of boys’ high school varsity season is December 5 and 6; February 6 is the tentative start of age grade season. State Cup at San Francisco Golden Gate Park will start on May 15.
