North County Fire assisting on I-15 accident that closed one lane

North County Fire Protection District and CalFire San Diego reported at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 18 that the two agencies were on the scene of an accident on northbound Interstate 15, south of State Route 76 and that the no. 1 lane was blocked by the incident.
