    The County of San Diego adopted its final Fiscal Year 2007-08 budget for county service areas, permanent road division zones, and other maintenance districts. The Board of Supervisors vote July 31 authorized spending a total of $13,031,990 for the county service areas, $6,899,051 for the PRD zones, and $3,232,059 for other maintenance districts.
