FALLBROOK — At their April meeting, the CA Retired Teachers Assoc. Fallbrook Division 81 enjoyed a presentation given by Dusty Burgmans, a volunteer for Canine Companions for Independence (CCI). CCI is a non-profit organization that provides highly trained dogs to assist adults and children with disabilities. Dusty is a puppy raiser in charge of three month old Golden Retriever, Joanie, who will receive lots of love and attention plus learn basic obedience in Dusty’s home for the next 18 months.
