Locally produced film to be featured at festival

HOLLYWOOD — On the heels of winning Best Screenplay at the Treasure Coast International Film Festival, “My Necklace, Myself,” produced by the Fallbrook Film Factory, has been chosen as an official selection in the 14th annual International Family Film Festival, to be held February 26 to March 1 at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood.

The television series “The Closer” and “Ugly Betty” are filmed at Raleigh Studios.

“My Necklace, Myself” will be presented Friday, February 27, at 3:30 p.m. Tickets for the showing are $10, or one can purchase an all-day pass for $40, which gains entry into all screenings that day.

The film will compete against approximately two dozen other films for Best Short Film.
