Mr. and Mrs. Gary Wilson of Charlotte, N.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Loiacono of Bonsall, announce the engagement of their children, Christy Wilson and Phillip Loiacono. The couple is planning a local wedding for February. They will honeymoon in Hawaii and reside in North San Diego County.
