Walker, Mallory wed

Two loving families were joined together on February 25 when Cliff Walker of Barstow and Kathy Mallory of Fallbrook were married.

Cliff is a historian, writer and instructor as well as a former Marine. He is involved in the Mojave River Valley Museum, which he helped start, and still gives desert classes for Cal State Barstow College and the museum.

Kathy lived and worked in Fallbrook while caring for her two youngest children, Joshua and Jonathan. She became well known at the Christian Bookstore and established a successful housecleaning business. Currently she is working at Gracious Living Senior Care, a private Alzheimer’s home in Menifee.

Cliff and Kathy enjoy a love for family and friends, nature, learning and serving others. They will be making their home in Barstow, where Kathy has lived for many years.

They will be sharing Cliff’s six children, 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren plus Kathy’s seven children and eight grandchildren.
