Vicki Ann Royce
Vicki Ann Royce, 50, passed away on July 24, 2008, in Fallbrook. Born January 16, 1958, in Chicago, she lived in Fallbrook for two years.
Mrs. Royce earned a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in special education. She was a middle school teacher for special education students with the Perris Union School District in Riverside County.
