    The 18-year-old driver of a Kia was arrested in the early morning hours today, April 2, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, felony evading, and two counts of felony child endangerment after a pursuit from Riverside to Vista ended in a crash with four occupants detained and rushed to area hospitals with unknown injuries.     SDG&E is reporting two outages at 4:57 pm today, Monday, March 27, 2023. One circuit, FB1, is affecting over 1041 homes and businesses in central Fallbrook. The other circuit is affecting 1957 homes from the Live Oak area down to the SR 76. SDG&E reports that they are investigating the outages and they estimate that the power will be back on by 7:30 pm to 8 pm. Alll power was restored.     Early breaking news story At about noon today, Sunday, one motorcycle rider was taken into custody by CHP, according to witnesses on the scene in Bonsall River Village. Reports are that the pursuit started in Riverside and included two motorcycles. Apparently, one was able to escape the pursuit.
