    SAN DIEGO (Wire Service) The Pentagon released the name today of a 23-year-old Camp Pendleton-based Marine killed in combat last week in Afghanistan. Lance Cpl. Kenneth A. Corzine of Bethalto, Ill., died in Helmand Province on Friday, Dec. 24, according to the Department of Defense.     Another blast of cold, wet winter weather will arrive in San Diego and Riverside Countjes today, ushering in the possibly of some snow in the mountains, meteorologists said. Today's storm will be a follow-up to last week's torrential rains and will arrive out of the northwest early this morning, according to the National Weather Service.
